How to Refresh a Roster

Updated on

On the off chance that a roster doesn't reflect the number of registrants, you'll need to refresh PARKS DIRECT using Enrollment Recalc, which works for trips, activity sections, and leagues.

Although the steps below show how to refresh a trip's roster, refreshing a section and league roster is similar.

Sign in to PARKS DIRECT and go to Management > Trip Management > Trip Management on the sidebar menu.

Management menu expanded with Trip Management selected under Management Programs.

Find and highlight the program on the Trip Management datagrid.

Enter the trip’s name in the Short Description filter above the filter, or enter the trip code into its filter. Then press Enter on your keyboard. Now the datagrid will only show the trips that match the filter's criteria.

Process the recalculation

Select More > Enrollment Recalc on the bottom-middle part of the screen.

More menu open with Enrollment Recalc option highlighted.

Select Process on the Enrollment Recalculation pop-up.

PARKS DIRECT will notify you with a message on your screen's top-right corner when it's finished processing the recalculation. Now the trip's roster should reflect the total number of registrants.
