How To Add Inventory on Items

  • Once logged into PARKS DIRECT click on the Management Tab on the top of the screen.
  • Under the Management tab select the POS Management.
  • When the POS Management opens click Inventory Management
  • A full list of all POS items created will display. Using the the Category column sort by location, for this example we will use CPAM. After sorting only CPAM items will show. From here you have two options of updating inventory. Option 1 will allow you to update a specific item, or one by one. Option 2 will allow you to update all the items at once, allowing the quantity column to open for update.

Option 1 - Updating Specific Item

  • Highlight and double click on the item you wish to update. For this example we're going to update the "200 Paper Airplane"
  • After double clicking, screen with the name of the item will open. Under the Core tab you'll see the "Additional Settings" to the right of the page. In the Quantity On Hand section enter the number of items you have on hand.

Option 2 - Batch Update

  • While in the POS Inventory screen click Options, located on the top left hand side of the screen. From the options drop down click on Show Settings. The Shows Settings will open the POS Inventory Datagrid - Settings page. From there check the edit column by Qty On Hand row, close and save.
  • Doing this will open the Qty On Hand column, allowing you to update the inventory for all items listed at once.
  • Remember to go back to your POS Inventory Datagrid to un-check this option, then close and save.
