Once logged in to PARKS DIRECT, click on the Management tab on the top of the screen. Select POS Management.
After POS Management opens, click Inventory Management.
A full list of all created POS items appears. Using the the Category column, sort by location. This example uses CPAM. After sorting, only CPAM items should show.
Inventory can be updated in one of two ways: option 1 updates a specific item (one by one), whereas option 2 updates all items at once, allowing the quantity column to open.
Option 1 - Updating Specific Item
Highlight and double click on the item you wish to update. For this example, we're going to update the "200 Paper Airplane."
A window with the name of the item opens. Under the Core tab to the right of the page are Additional Settings. In the Quantity On Hand section, enter the number of items you have on hand.
Option 2 - Batch Update
While on the POS Inventory screen, click Options, located on the top left-hand side. Select Show Settings from the drop-down menu to open the POS Inventory Datagrid - Settings. Check the Edit column settings for the row labeled Qty On Hand, then save and close.
Doing this opens the Qty On Hand column, allowing you to update the inventory for all items listed at once.
Remember to go back to the POS Inventory Datagrid to deselect this option before saving and closing the window.
