Individuals on a PARKS DIRECT household account must be an immediate family member of the primary account holder or any child who is under the primary account holder's legal temporary or permanent custody. Documentation is required to prove custody. Acceptable proofs of custody are:

• Court-approved temporary guardianship papers.
• Original birth certificate with raised seal (with primary account holder listed as parent).
• Proof of permanent custody/guardianship (court order).
