The following sections will demonstrate the most common functions used in the golfing module of our system. Click on any of the titles below to get full details on the procedure.

TeeSheet Interface.

Welcome to the new TeeSheet Interface.

TeeSheet has two data grids Front 9 and Back 9. Use drop down button for data grid options.

The buttons on the right-hand side are called Tee Sheet Action Buttons:

How To Reserve A Tee Time.

Select Time Frame by

1. Selecting an actual time.

2. Selecting a time frame next to a desired time.

Once a time frame is  selected. You will be prompt to the screen below.

1. Select option to search for customer (Member card, Phone number, name, or member lookup)

2. If the customer does not have an account, you can type their information as a guest.

3. Pick the correct pass code (fee type).

4. Check whether they are 9 holes or 18.

Selecting "Member Lookup" you will prompted to this data grid.

Using the drop down button you are allowed to search customer(s) in the data base a few other ways.

Additional information

Once all information is correct and verified. Click "Reserve Tee Time"

 

Data Grid will now reflect the Tee Time Reservations.

"9 Hole only" has a "9" next to the customer(s) doing only 9 Hole. Customer(s) without the 9 are doing 18 Hole.

Reservation/Check In /information.

Once you have made the reservation if the customer(s) has an account the data grid will reflect blue. If the customer(s) does not have an account the data grid will reflect red.

Click "Check In" and select appropriate reservation. Now the data grid will reflect that reservation to green.

Fee's are located in the shopping cart.

Your shopping cart will reflect.

1. "Tee Time at" is the reservation we input on the data grid.

2. "Pass Visit for" allows you to run a report to determines who's in/out of the facility on specific dates.

The Fee's are most important in the shopping cart. Making sure the client was charged the correct amount is important.

3. Once everything is verified proceed to "Payment".

PARKS DIRECT has a multitude of options from different "Pay code" types "Add credit"/Apply coupon" options. Even "Email receipt".

No worries I will break down options used on a daily basis.

"Pay code" must be selected. select appropriate pay.

customer's may have credit and is located here. You can also add credit to a customer's account.

This section shows you basic information on who's doing he transaction.

1. "Print receipt" - Allows you to print a receipt once the transaction is complete.

2. "Email receipt - Allows you to send an email of the receipt to that customer's email on file or enter a Customer's email.

Once everything is done above. Proceed to "Process"

Touch POS

Next to the TeeSheet we have the Touch POS. where we are able to sell a variety of items to customer(s).

"ProShop Menu" shows the most commonly used button functions.

"Range Balls" button has all the available range balls we offer.

"Snack Shop Menu" button shows all food/beverages we offer.

"Lessons Menu" button shows the lessons the facility offers.

Reserving Tee Times as well as selling merchandise is possible in one sell.

Items with UPC codes can be scanned or input at the top.
