How to Assign Training in Learning Central - Managers

By following this guide, managers can streamline the training assignment process, ensuring their team members are all registered for necessary courses.

Tip! When assigning training, you can search for courses using the search bar or the events calendar.

1. From the Learning Central Welcome Page, click the magnifying glass icon to search for the training you want to assign.

2. Type in the name of the training you would like to assign and click on it. Alternatively, you can click on the events calendar from the Welcome Page, locate the training from the calendar view, and click on it from there.

5. Select "Assign"

6. In the text box on the Assign Training screen, type the reason the training has been assigned.

7. Check the "Automatically register users" field.

8. Select the checkbox next to the person or persons to whom you want to assign the training. You can assign the training to multiple people at a time.

9. Select "Submit". An email will be sent to the staff that they have been assigned and registered for the training.
