Expand or collapse content Q: Will my document size change if I convert the document as the system asks?

A: No, the document you originally uploaded will be sent to production. Convert only refers to the proof photo.

Expand or collapse content Q: Can I have this document completed by the end of the day?

A: We do not accept "rush jobs." The Print Shop will completed all jobs in 3-5 business days after going through the approval process (a total of 10 days from when a job is ordered).

Expand or collapse content Q: How long is the approval process?

A: All jobs will go through a 4-5 day approval process before going to print.

The approval process is as follows:

  • Orders under 5,000 copies first go to the assistant division chief (within two business days), then Public Affairs (within one business day), and finally Office Services Unit's Print Shop.

  • Orders over 5,000 copies first go to the division chief (within two business days), then Public Affairs (within one business day), and finally Office Services Unit's Print Shop.
Expand or collapse content Q: If I send a document that needs a few fixes, can the print shop make edits for me?

A: No, everything must be sent ready to print. Office Services Unit (OSU) doesn't make any changes to documents.

Expand or collapse content Q: I forgot my password to Park & Printing Solutions (PPS), can Office Services Unit (OSU) help?

A: Yes, please email [email protected] for anything account related.

Expand or collapse content Q: Will I be charged for this Print Request or print order?

A: If you work for the Department of Parks  Recreation (DPR) you will not be charged for any request. For any entities outside of DPR, you will be billed for services.

Expand or collapse content Q: Can you all submit requests for me? I'm not sure how to work Park & Printing Solutions (PPS) fully, and I can't remember the training.

A: No, Office Services Unit (OSU) will not submit a request for users, but OSU will provide all training material and provide technical support when needed. Please go here for help with PPS.

A: Account Codes are for Parks Recreation (DPR) divisions to track their printing costs.

A: Yes, users will receive an email from UstoreAdmin stating the job is completed.

A:  You can check your orders on Park & Printing Solutions under My Orders. You can also email [email protected] with your 5 digit order confirmation number for specifics on your order's status.

A: The Print Shop's operating hours are 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday. The address is 7833 Walker Drive, Suite 20LL.

A: The OSU's operating hours are from 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. Monday through Friday.

A: Under the Zip Mail Services section on Park & Printing Solutions (PPS), you can submit both requests together
