Software Permission/Training Access Request Form

Requesting PARKS DIRECT / GEN online training just became easier. Simply follow the steps below and you'll be on your way to completing online training.

To get to the Software Permission/Training Access Request Form, go to the following web page:

Skip to step 5 if you followed the link above.

1. You can access the Management Services page by going to InSite or visiting

2. Once you're on the Management Services website, select Help Desk

  • Selecting Help Desk provides you with a page full of helpful resources regarding the Help Desk. 

3. On the left you'll see a tab under Help Desk. Select Resources to view a list full of Help Desk resources.

4. Select Software Permissions/Training Access Request Form

5. The Supervisor of the staff member needs to complete all needed fields to obtain the access needed for the role of the new staff member. Then select Submit

  • If you need high level permissions like Manager on Duty (MOD) or Facility Manager, please know that they will receive and need to complete all required training(s) before receiving the requested privileges. 
  • Reference the PARKS DIRECT user permissions guide for permission levels and required training's.

After submitting the training request, the the form will go to the Training & OD Unit, and they will start the process, once they have set up the needed training accounts, they will alert the Help Desk who will receive an email with a copy of the request, and process it.
