How To's for Staff Administrators (People Managers)

In this guide, Staff Administrators (People Managers) will learn the steps maximize their use of the training calendar. 

Staff Administrator steps to add Multiple Staff to a Class

1. Go to the Training Calendar, then click on Sign In to log in to the system.

Note: If you are already logged into the system please start on Step 2

2. Once logged in, click on View Profile.

3. Go to the Class Administration section, then search for the class from the drop down menu.

4. Once you've selected a class, click on the See Signups button to enter the event page.

5. On the Event Signups page, you will see the Add Employee to Roster in the bottom right corner. Enter the Email Address or employee's ID number, then click the Enter Employee button.

6. After you have clicked Enter Employee, you will see your employee listed under Employees Registered

After you have clicked Enter Employee, you have successfully added an employee to a class

Note: Please repeat Step 5 for each additional employee you need to add to the class.

Steps for Staff Administrator to Create a New Training Profile for Intermittent Employee

1. To create a profile, go to the Training Calendar, then click on Create an Account

ALERT: To create a new profile for Staff you must be logged out of your Training Calendar Account

2. On the Account Screen, enter the employee's information in the corresponding fields:


  • Employee ID Number
  • First Name of Employee
  • Work Phone Number they can be reached at
  • Select Department from drop down menu
  • Password

ALERT: Once you set the Password you must provide it to the Employee so they can log in to the system.

  • Employee email address
  • Supervisor
  • Supervisor Email address

If the employee does not have a @PGParks.com email address, enter your work email address. 

Then complete the Supervisor name and email address fields, with your name and work email address.

After you have completed step 2, you have successfully created a staff Training Calendar account.

Note: Repeat this step to create additional staff accounts.
