How to Deny Facility Permit/Partners Community Connect Request

1. Log in to PARKS DIRECT and in the sidebar menu, go to Home > Global Sales.

2. From the Global Sales Lookup, search the household name in the search engine.

3. Highlight the Household Name, then click “Select” at the bottom left of the screen.

4. Using the right arrow under the “Global Sales” item menu, scroll to the right until you the “Permits” section. Then select “Permits”.

5. Highlight the corresponding reservation then select the “Cancel” option at the bottom of the screen.

6. In the “Shopping Cart” click “Payment”.

7. After verifying all the information, select “Process” in order to finalize cancellation.
