The Maryland Recreation and Parks Association provides heavily discounted tickets for sale to the public each year. This is a convenient service to the public that also drives business for the parks and benefits our park organizations as well. Selling tickets is a simple process. Click the selling method desired below:
- Open Global Sales.
- Navigate to the POS Ticket Tab.
- Click Templates.
- Select MRPA Tickets.
- Click the ticket you wish to sell.
- Type the ticket string you're about to sell in the serial number field.
- Click Add To Cart.

Use this method when selling a large number of tickets so that you can avoid typing each individual ticket serial number one at a time.
- Click a ticket type to select it.
- Check the Manually Select Individual Tickets checkbox.
- Click Add To Cart.
The Individual Ticket Selection window appears.
- Click Templates.
- Select your selling location.
- The datagrid is filtered to the tickets in your location's ticket block.
- The next ticket in the block that is available for sale will be at the top of the datagrid.
- Compare the ticket you're about to give to the customer to the number of the tickets on this list. They should match!
If there is a problem, check that you're holding the correct ticket type. If you can't reconcile the numbers of the tickets in your hand to the ticket numbers in the list on PARKS DIRECT, call the Help Desk immediately at (301)699-2255.
- Click tickets from the list to select them.
- Click Add To Cart.
